Sam earned a degree in managerial finance from The University of Mississippi while furthering his experience in real estate working for Streamline Development Partners. The position at Streamline Development Partners allowed for extensive market knowledge in the foundation of Investment Real Estate. Sam also has a wealth of Self Storage knowledge from assisting the management of Lake Oconee Self Storage for 5 years.
